Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure-by-default architectures that make secure choices the path of least resistance for engineers.
- Lead threat modeling and risk assessments across product, platform, and corporate systems.
- Pioneer AI and automation to scale security (automated detection, AI-assisted code reviews, vulnerability triage).
- Perform vulnerability analysis, code reviews, and security testing; drive remediation and verification.
- Translate security requirements into pragmatic roadmaps and partner with product, engineering, and IT teams.
- Balance security with product velocity through risk-informed decisions and measurable controls.
- Define and operationalize AI-security playbooks for protecting model-based systems and novel attack surfaces.

Requirements:
- 3+ years on a security team (SaaS experience preferred) across application, cloud, platform, or offensive security.
- Strong grasp of security fundamentals: threat modeling, risk assessment, and secure design patterns.
- Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language for automation and tooling.
- Experience with vulnerability analysis, code review, and building engineering mitigations.
- Ability to think like an adversary and then build robust, practical defenses.
- Interest in applying AI/ML to security challenges and improving security automation.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize across projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
