Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and productionise end-to-end AI applications and MLOps pipelines.
- Build, orchestrate and deploy AI agent systems, including tool integration, monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, embedding workflows and semantic search where relevant.
- Research and prototype models across NLP, CV, generative models, GNNs and RL to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with data, platform and product teams to integrate models into operational systems on Google Cloud Platform.
- Ensure scalability, observability, reproducibility and cost-aware operation of AI workloads.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of industry experience delivering production-scale AI/ML solutions and software engineering best practices.
- Strong Python skills and experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring and CI/CD for ML.
- Experience with GCP (or equivalent cloud platforms) and building scalable, secure cloud-native AI services.
- Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, semantic search and modern generative AI techniques.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering business value and mentoring peers.
