Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop and deploy complex LLM-based agents and production AI applications for clients
- Lead design of system architecture, APIs, orchestration and monitoring for scalable AI solutions
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning and data pipelines to improve model behaviour and reliability
- Develop and maintain Python codebases and integrate AI components with client systems
- Troubleshoot, optimise and document AI software; mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices
- Collaborate with research, product and client teams across the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in ML, data engineering or software engineering with strong Python skills
- 1+ year of practical production experience with LLM systems, agents or LLM-based products
- Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude SDK, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, LangChain or similar frameworks
- Solid prompt engineering and fine-tuning experience; familiarity with Pydantic for validation/config
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs and production deployment practices; excellent communication skills
