About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of e-commerce tracking across our multi-tenant SaaS storefront platform.
- Build the analytics function from the ground up: design measurement architecture, instrumentation, and data pipelines.
- Define scalable KPIs and performance metrics that inform product decisions for all tenants and enterprise customers.
- Translate analytics and platform performance into actionable product features, user-focused requirements, and growth strategies.
- Benchmark platform performance against retail/e‑commerce standards and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design to shape data-driven features and ensure measurement quality.

Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in e‑commerce analytics or similar environments.
- Strong MVP-oriented approach to analytics, with experience defining complex KPIs and platform performance metrics.
- Hands-on with web analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami or similar) and comfortable using spreadsheets/BI tools (Google Sheets, Excel; PowerBI a plus).
- Practical experience integrating and using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) in workflows.
- Excellent communicator able to translate between technical teams and commercial stakeholders (English required).
- High attention to data precision and quality; experience maintaining measurement logic and integrity.
