About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic rollout of e-commerce tracking and analytics across a high-scale SaaS storefront platform.
- Build the analytics function and measurement foundation, including tracking design, data flows, and validation.
- Define and operationalize scalable KPIs to inform product prioritization for tenants and enterprise customers.
- Convert platform metrics and analysis into concise product requirements and long-term growth initiatives.
- Assess platform performance against industry benchmarks and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design to embed measurement in feature development.
- Act as the interface between engineering teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure actionable insights.
- Ensure measurement reliability and ongoing data quality checks.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience in e-commerce or SaaS analytics.
- Proven, MVP-oriented approach focused on analytics, KPIs, and platform performance measurement.
- Practical experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami).
- Strong skills in spreadsheets and BI tools (Google Sheets, Excel; PowerBI is a plus).
- Familiarity and enthusiasm for integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) into daily workflows.
- Excellent English communication and the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and measurement integrity.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams and multi-tenant environments.
