Senior Analytics Engineer at Wallapop

Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of data infrastructure to integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources for advanced analytics.
- Build reliable ETL/data pipelines and enforce data quality, monitoring and governance.
- Evaluate and select analytics tools, BI platforms and technologies to support the analytics roadmap.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports to surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and analysts; document processes and best practices.
- Own delivery of projects end-to-end, including timelines, resourcing and quality.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in analytics engineering or similar roles with strong Python and SQL skills.
- Solid knowledge of big data technologies and building performant ETL pipelines.
- Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS) and data warehouse tooling.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau and strong data visualization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to write maintainable, performant code and implement data governance.
- Strong analytical, project management and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional work.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and driving long-term team scalability.
