About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build the analytics function and measurement infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS storefront core.
- Define and operationalize platform-level KPIs that drive product and tenant decisions.
- Translate platform metrics into clear feature specifications and product requirements.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Design teams to implement robust tracking and validation.
- Ensure data quality and precision across tracking pipelines and reporting layers.
- Use AI-assisted tools to streamline analytics workflows and insight generation.
- Benchmark platform performance vs. retail/e-commerce standards and recommend product improvements.

Requirements:
- 6+ years in e-commerce or SaaS analytics with a focus on measurement and KPI-driven product development.
- Deep experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami) and BI/spreadsheet tooling (Sheets, Excel, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to data integrity and measurement logic.
- Experience translating analytics into product specs and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools to improve productivity and analytics outcomes.
- Nice-to-have: German skills, SaaS/platform experience and retail vertical knowledge (fashion, beauty, lifestyle).

Lead the strategic expansion of e-commerce tracking and build a new analytical function from scratch for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Translate data performance analytics into actionable product features and act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
