Responsibilities:
- Author and optimise complex SQL queries to support experimentation, reporting, and model feature engineering on large-scale player data.
- Design, build, and operate cross-game data marts to provide reliable, analysis-ready datasets.
- Build scalable, maintainable code, tools, and frameworks for reuse across game teams.
- Develop and maintain production data pipelines and end-to-end AI workflows using Airflow, Docker, S3, and CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate closely with game analytics teams to co-design data products and improve analytical processes.
- Share knowledge and train analysts on coding and software engineering best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Physics) or equivalent experience.
- Advanced SQL capabilities including CTEs, query tuning, and experience with large data warehouses.
- Strong Python experience for production analytics and pipeline development.
- Proven experience building production data pipelines and CI/CD workflows (Airflow, Docker, S3, etc.).
- Familiarity with generative AI or LLM integrations is a plus.
- Collaborative attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
