Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain native Android apps using Java and Kotlin.
- Migrate and modernize legacy Android codebases to Kotlin and modern architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Implement features integrating REST/SOAP services, NFC, camera capture, image processing and OCR/2D code decoding.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated unit tests and crash/error monitoring.
- Publish and manage app releases on Google Play Store and ensure mobile security best practices.
- Collaborate in Agile teams; mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of native Android development (Java & Kotlin) and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Android architectures (MVC/MVVM/Clean), Git, Gradle and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with unit testing, troubleshooting, mobile security and release management.
- Practical experience with REST/SOAP integrations, crash logging, NFC handling and camera/OCR workflows.
- Good communication skills, Agile experience and ability to mentor others; willingness for hybrid work model (2 days onsite).
