Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services and developer tooling to streamline engineering workflows (CI/CD, deployment, developer environments, DevPortal).
- Design scalable, resilient systems using Go, Kubernetes, Docker and deployment automation (ArgoCD).
- Improve developer experience: author golden paths, self-service tools, and quality engineering solutions.
- Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and integrate relevant tooling (Spinup, coding agents) where useful.
- Mentor team members, produce clear RFCs/ADRs, and maintain high standards for testing and observability.
Requirements:
- Strong track record of building production backend and platform systems; deep system design skills.
- Experience with Go (or similar), Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Solid observability, testing (unit/integration/e2e), and automation skills.
- Experience improving developer workflows or building self-service platform tooling; good communication and mentorship abilities.
- Fluent English and ability to work effectively across teams.
