Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the revenue platform that manages company earnings and partner payouts, owning features end-to-end.
- Implement and evolve financial rules and domain logic based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain API and event-driven integrations with Salesforce, SAP, booking providers and payment systems.
- Extend the platform with LLM-based tooling (MCP servers, safe data exposure, agent workflows) to automate and support business users.
- Deliver reliable data exports and quality checks for Finance and BI; replace manual workflows with tested automation.
- Monitor and operate the platform in production using Grafana, Prometheus and Kibana; participate in incident response and root-cause fixes.
- Work across PHP applications (Symfony 7/8) backed by MySQL, Redis and RabbitMQ; contribute to migration to Kubernetes and ongoing refactors.
- Participate in code reviews, planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years professional backend experience with PHP (Symfony preferred) or similar object-oriented backend languages.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and experience writing performant SQL.
- Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), and event-based integrations.
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and working with AWS services.
- Exposure to LLM-based tooling or agent frameworks and a pragmatic approach to safe data access.
- Competence with production monitoring, logging and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana).
- Good testing habits, code review experience and strong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
