Responsibilities:
- Build, train, and optimize ML models for user acquisition, LTV prediction, churn, segmentation, and ad monetization.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests; ensure statistical rigor and clear experiment analysis.
- Perform product analytics to identify growth opportunities and guide roadmap decisions.
- Deploy and monitor models in production; collaborate with engineering to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and growth teams.
- Lead projects, mentor junior data scientists, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 6+ years in data science with strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and (where relevant) deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch) and SQL for data querying and ETL.
- Solid experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and applying causal/statistical methods.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and model deployment practices.
- Experience with product analytics and translating metrics into product or growth actions.
- Nice-to-have: mobile gaming analytics, Looker or BI tooling, ad-tech/platform experience (Google Ads, Facebook), reinforcement learning exposure.
