Responsibilities:
- Design and refine relevance models to improve targeting, engagement and revenue.
- Develop and optimize bidding policies using Bayesian methods, reinforcement learning and other optimisation techniques.
- Build meta-learning frameworks and personalization models that adapt from user interactions.
- Lead rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to validate model changes and measure KPI impact.
- Harden successful experiments into scalable production solutions using the company ML stack (Python, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLFlow, Trino).
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure models are production-ready and maintainable.
- Share knowledge, participate in architecture discussions and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:
- 4+ years professional experience in data science within AdTech, mobile gaming, e‑commerce or similar.
- Proven track record architecting and deploying large-scale recommender systems and neural-network models.
- Strong Python and SQL skills and familiarity with ML deployment tooling (Kubernetes, Airflow, MLFlow, Trino) preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design and statistical analysis.
- Good engineering mindset: reproducibility, monitoring, and scalable data pipelines.
- Ability to translate research ideas into production-grade solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams.
