Responsibilities:
- Lead development and operation of ML models for AML and sanctions across the CEE region.
- Collect and preprocess cross-system event data (payments, trading, CRM, core banking) for modeling.
- Build, validate, and deploy supervised models with attention to class imbalance and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and performance alerts.
- Communicate model results and risk insights via dashboards and stakeholder reports.
- Work in agile teams to ensure reliable production delivery and continuous model improvement.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, MLflow, and Delta Lake.
- Sound knowledge of statistics, supervised learning workflows, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics.
- Practical experience with data profiling, data-quality checks, and production monitoring.
- Familiarity with software delivery tools (Git, code review) and regulatory model documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, English required; German is a plus.
- Motivation to learn banking domain specifics and contribute to group-wide MLOps standards.
