Responsibilities:
- Embed in a cross-functional product squad to inform product decisions with quantitative analysis.
- Structure and run experiments (A/B tests), design metrics and perform rigorous statistical analysis.
- Mine data to uncover user behaviour, drivers of engagement and growth opportunities.
- Build, validate and communicate models and analyses that influence product roadmap and strategy.
- Create clear dashboards and insights (self-serve and bespoke) to empower product teams.
- Present findings to product, engineering and senior stakeholders and recommend actionable next steps.

Requirements:
- Strong SQL and Python skills with experience querying large product datasets.
- Proven experience designing and analysing large-scale A/B experiments and applied statistics.
- Ability to translate complex quantitative results into clear product recommendations.
- Experience with Looker or equivalent BI tools and real-time analytics workflows.
- Comfortable working independently in product squads and collaborating across functions.
