Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure and deployment workflows.
- Build and operate GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD and Kargo; containerize apps with Docker and run on EKS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane or CloudFormation) and automate environment provisioning.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications with Grafana, OpenSearch and CloudWatch; define alerts and runbooks.
- Enforce cloud security best practices, manage access controls and support compliance requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: write user stories, plan sprints and collaborate closely with development squads.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of DevOps experience in large-scale environments with strong AWS and Kubernetes/EKS expertise.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps tools (Argo CD), deployment automation (Kargo) and container tooling (Docker).
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Crossplane) and CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging/tracing tools (Grafana, OpenSearch, CloudWatch) and cloud security standards.
- Strong communication skills, English fluency; German or other CEE languages are a plus.
