Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Flutter app architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability and performance.
- Build shared components, libraries and developer tooling to improve team velocity.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to embed advanced AI/agent features into the mobile product.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage app store release processes.
- Investigate and fix performance issues to provide a smooth user experience.
- Implement and enforce automated testing: unit, integration and UI tests.
- Mentor teammates and foster a high-quality engineering culture.
- Work closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver cohesive features.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience building and evolving production-grade mobile apps with architectural responsibility.
- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, including package/plugin development.
- Practical experience with mobile DevOps: CI/CD, release orchestration and app store submissions.
- Interest or experience in integrating AI capabilities into mobile applications.
- Solid testing and quality assurance experience for mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring abilities.
