Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a reusable self-service cloud "golden path" using Terraform and automation
- Build reusable IaC components for account onboarding, workload deployment, and connectivity
- Integrate security, networking, governance, compliance, and operational controls into the platform
- Shape and improve the developer and platform team experience when consuming the golden path
- Establish CI/CD, testing, release, and promotion processes for platform code across environments
- Create concise documentation and a clear maintenance/support model for Terraform components
- Validate the golden path via a pilot application and iterate on improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across multiple projects and timelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- Minimum 1 year hands-on AWS experience
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code patterns
- Experience with automation, CI/CD tooling and Git workflows
- Platform Engineering experience is advantageous
- Solid understanding of cloud security (AWS IAM) and AWS networking (VPCs, routing, connectivity)
- Knowledge of governance and compliance in cloud environments
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills; fluent English (B2+); French is a plus
- Autonomous, organized, able to manage multiple priorities; available to start immediately or within ~2 weeks preferred
