Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a reusable self-service cloud "golden path" using Terraform and automation
- Develop reusable IaC components to support account onboarding, workload deployment, and connectivity
- Embed security, networking, governance, compliance, and operational controls into the platform
- Improve the developer and platform team experience for consuming the golden path
- Define and operate CI/CD pipelines and controlled release/promote workflows across environments
- Produce clear documentation for usage, maintenance, and support of Terraform modules
- Validate solution with a pilot application and refine based on feedback
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams and consultants across multiple projects and timelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- 1+ year hands-on AWS experience
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code skills
- Experience with automation, CI/CD practices and tooling; solid Git knowledge
- Platform Engineering experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS IAM) and AWS networking (VPCs, routing, connectivity)
- Familiarity with governance and compliance in cloud environments
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills; fluent English (B2+); French is advantageous
- Self-motivated, organized, able to balance responsibilities across projects; available immediately or within ~2 weeks preferred
