Senior Frontend Engineer at Magentic

Responsibilities:
- Own design and delivery of high-quality, production frontend experiences from concept to release.
- Define and evolve frontend architecture, patterns and engineering practices as the product and team scale.
- Improve code quality, performance, testing and maintainability; mentor engineers and lead technical reviews.
- Work directly with users, Product and Design to simplify complex AI/agent workflows and shape interaction patterns.
- Integrate LLM/AI capabilities into UI flows, ensuring reliability, responsiveness and clear UX for enterprise users.

Requirements:
- 10+ years professional software engineering experience with strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React expertise.
- Demonstrated frontend architecture experience and a track record of improving engineering practices and design systems.
- Familiarity building products that leverage LLMs or AI technologies and translating AI behavior into usable interfaces.
- Comfortable in an early-stage, high-ownership environment: quick decision-making, cross-functional communication and product focus.
- Bonus: experience with scalable design systems, data-heavy enterprise products, Python backend familiarity, or supply-chain domain knowledge.
