About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications running in containers (Docker) and orchestrated with Kubernetes.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed services; contribute to event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
- Implement observability and monitoring using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus; troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability.
- Apply Domain-Driven Design, SOLID principles and Clean Architecture; participate in code reviews, pair programming and agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with international teams and leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity.

Requirements:
- 5+ years professional software development experience with strong Java expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot or Quarkus, microservices design, and cloud-native patterns.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, database design/modeling, and REST API best practices.
- Familiarity with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies, especially Angular and TypeScript, for full-stack collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proven ability to work in international teams.
- Nice to have: experience with event-driven systems, Node.js/TypeScript/Python/Golang, and OpenAPI.
