Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy high-throughput, low-latency recommendation and bidding systems that scale to millions of users and billions of requests.
- Identify and extract relevant signals from large datasets to improve model relevance and revenue impact.
- Design, train and optimize deep learning models and bidding strategies using TensorFlow, PyTorch or Jax.
- Own the full ML lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, performance analysis, model retraining and rollback procedures.
- Collaborate with backend and infra teams to integrate models into production with robust serving and instrumentation.
- Run rigorous A/B tests and experiments to validate improvements and measure business KPIs.
- Implement automated monitoring and alerts for model health, latency and data drift.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building and deploying production-grade recommendation systems in high-volume environments (adtech, e‑commerce, search).
- Strong expertise in deep learning and practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Jax.
- Solid software engineering skills and experience productionizing ML (APIs, serving, CI/CD for models).
- Familiarity with distributed data processing and storage (Spark, Flink, Kafka, S3, Athena, MySQL) is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design and model monitoring frameworks.
- Ability to optimize for low latency, throughput and operational reliability in real-time bidding contexts.
