Responsibilities:
- Act as a proactive partner to development teams: gather needs and deliver value-driven platform solutions.
- Operate and maintain critical platform services (GitLab, Vault, Datadog) ensuring security, uptime and upgrades.
- Deliver Backstage as a developer entry point and expose platform capabilities clearly.
- Implement custom features and integrations in Go and TypeScript; participate in code reviews and delivery.
- Improve observability, provide runbooks and training, and reduce Mean Time To Detect (MTTD).
- Maintain and evolve infrastructure (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Favor simple, high-impact solutions and drive pragmatic automation to improve developer efficiency.

Requirements:
- Strong application development experience in Go; TypeScript knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab).
- Experience operating monitoring and secrets tooling (Datadog, Vault or equivalents).
- Pragmatic problem-solver who avoids overengineering and delivers incremental value.
- Fluent English (C1) and comfortable working in an international, remote-friendly environment.
