Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for AI agents in the Team (Fintech) area.
- Own design-to-production delivery: prototype, implement, and operate agent products in collaboration with product and engineering leaders.
- Drive adoption of agentic and spec-driven development practices and define repeatable agent patterns across the company.
- Collaborate with other senior engineers to build the agent ecosystem, integration points, and operational tooling.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders; communicate architecture and trade-offs to executives and product stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 15+ years designing and building highly scalable, mission-critical distributed and full-stack systems.
- 10+ years of experience building and operating SaaS products; AWS-hosted experience preferred.
- Practical experience with coding agents or agentic development and strong interest in autonomous systems.
- Proven ability to set technical architecture at a company or product-line level and to influence executive decisions.
- Hands-on debugging, systems reasoning, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with LLMs/ML models, enterprise integration (e.g., Apache Camel), or event-driven platforms (e.g., Apache Pulsar) is a strong plus.
