Senior / Principal Software Engineer at GreenFlux

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and architecture for cloud-native, high-load SaaS systems.
- Implement and deliver scalable backend and frontend solutions within an Agile end-to-end team.
- Mentor and coach developers; drive code quality, testing, and secure coding practices.
- Collaborate across teams to define and maintain platform-level architecture and standards.
- Monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure usage and costs; contribute to IaC and CI/CD practice.
- Participate in architecture discussions, documentation, and cross-team initiatives to improve reliability.

Requirements:
- 7+ years building large-scale systems in an object-oriented language; strong problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years hands-on cloud experience (preferably Azure) and familiarity with cloud services used in production.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and front-end/back-end design (C#/.NET and Vue.js experience preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring abilities; willingness to shape engineering culture.
- Interest in sustainability and electric mobility is a plus.
