Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Trading Venues and Market Data: strategy, roadmaps, financial planning and delivery.
- Define product requirements through data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement; balance technical and business priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, compliance) to deliver product features and maintain governance standards.
- Drive market-data cost optimisation initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership.
- Lead change management, user adoption, training and documentation for product rollouts.
- Provide operational support (24x5) for trading applications and participate in incident/resilience planning.

Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5–10 years’ experience in banking/financial services with proven experience managing trading/market-data or other business-critical trading initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor negotiation and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to perform data-driven product analysis, budgeting and risk assessment.
- Experience with governance, compliance and technical product delivery in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor teams; willingness to work from Basel and support global stakeholders.
