Senior Product Manager, Business Banking at Referrals Only

Responsibilities:
- Own the Spend Management domain: set vision, strategy, and success metrics for how small businesses bank together.
- Define product roadmap and prioritise initiatives that improve roles, permissions, approval workflows, expense cards, and delegation for business owners.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data, research and marketing to ship customer-focused features.
- Run experiments, define KPIs, and measure business and customer impact to inform iterative decisions.
- Communicate strategy and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and inspire teams to deliver outcomes.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience shipping customer-facing B2B or SME products at a fast-growing company.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable defining metrics, running experiments and using data to drive decisions.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with data scientists or ML experts and scope technical trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and judgement in ambiguous situations.
- Customer-obsessed mindset, creative problem solver, and experience with spend/expense or collaboration tooling is desirable.
