Responsibilities:
- Own the core workflow-building experience to make n8n simple for new users and powerful for advanced builders.
- Identify highest-leverage problems across the builder journey and define measurable goals and success metrics.
- Turn complex technical capabilities (APIs, AI models, integrations) into polished, usable product experiences with Design and Engineering.
- Improve how users create, configure, debug and run workflows with a focus on usability, performance and reliability.
- Shorten the path from first workflow to production: streamline setup, connectivity and access to services while preserving control for advanced cases.
- Define platform foundations that enable extensibility without exposing unnecessary complexity.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience shipping user-facing features in fast-moving, technical or developer-focused products.
- Strong UX judgement, technical fluency with APIs/integrations and experience working with design and engineering teams.
- Data-driven decision making: comfortable defining and tracking metrics, running experiments and iterating from usage data.
- Experience with product discovery, prototyping, user research and balancing simplicity with extensibility.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with a builder mindset and focus on developer experience.
