Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery and define the roadmap for the clinical-trial platform, translating high-level objectives into actionable workstreams.
- Partner with design, engineering and clinical teams to ship user-centred features that reduce trial friction and accelerate delivery.
- Run stakeholder engagement, gather requirements from internal and external users, and prioritise trade-offs with clear rationale.
- Drive execution: set objectives, timelines, and success metrics; track progress and unblock teams to maintain high pace.
- Communicate product strategy and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 4+ years product management experience with a track record of shipping software products and leading discovery.
- Strong problem-solving using first-principles thinking; able to distil complex requirements into clear product problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience aligning cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated execution ability: roadmap planning, setting objectives, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for healthcare/clinical trials; bonus if you have domain experience or familiarity with AI-enabled products.
