Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design and development of low‑level firmware and platform software across SoC, board and system levels.
- Own end‑to‑end firmware strategy: boot, reset, debug, security, power, RAS, IPC and platform services.
- Drive SoC and platform bring‑up, system integration and validation across multiple product generations.
- Lead complex system debugging and root‑cause analysis using JTAG, trace, logs and instrumentation.
- Define firmware architecture for scalability, performance and reliability in hyperscale/cloud deployments.
- Establish CI/CD, observability, automation and pre‑/post‑silicon validation practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship; set coding, design and quality standards across teams.
- Collaborate with hardware, system software, infrastructure, ODMs and manufacturing partners to enable production ramps.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in firmware or low‑level system software development with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Expert proficiency in C/C++ and strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
- Deep experience in SoC bring‑up, hardware/software integration and system‑level debugging.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture: memory hierarchy, interrupts, DMA, coherency and interconnects.
- Proven experience debugging with JTAG, trace and instrumented logs; experience with Linux and RTOS (e.g., Zephyr).
- Preferred: experience with PCIe, CXL, NVLink, CI/CD for firmware, pre‑silicon and post‑silicon validation, and working with ODMs/silicon partners.
