Responsibilities:
- Own the automated testing platform and CI infrastructure: design test architecture, pipelines, and test-data lifecycles.
- Build and maintain a cross-team smoke and E2E test suite covering NL/BE/DK/DE environments.
- Define test standards, CI gates and regression coverage; integrate exploratory testing findings into automation.
- Coach teams to write reliable local E2E tests and adopt the platform; act as tech lead for testing practices.
- Operate and improve core cloud services supporting tests (AWS SNS/SQS/S3/Lambda/API Gateway), Docker and Terraform stacks.
- Collaborate with product, QA and engineering to raise confidence for frequent safe deployments.

Requirements:
- Strong experience designing test automation and CI/CD for SaaS products; hands-on with E2E frameworks and test-data management.
- Deep familiarity with Docker, Terraform and AWS services and practical knowledge of PHP (Laravel), Vue/TypeScript stacks.
- Experience with MySQL, OpenSearch and query/infra performance considerations.
- Proven ability to design resilient test systems, mentor teams and convert manual tests into automated regression suites.
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset and a pragmatic approach to balancing speed and quality.
