Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end initiatives from prototype to production for internal AI tools, copilots and chatbots.
- Build integrations, APIs and data-backed features using full-stack practices (frontend, backend, cloud services).
- Write clean, tested, secure and maintainable code; champion best practices and code quality.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to understand workflows and translate needs into pragmatic solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, Show & Tells and post-mortems; mentor junior engineers.
- Keep up with AI models, frameworks and best practices and bring new approaches into team projects.
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack engineering experience (ideally C#/.NET backend and React/TypeScript frontend) and cloud experience (Azure or equivalent).
- Practical experience building integrations, APIs and internal tooling; focus on production readiness and observability.
- Product-minded approach: prioritise customer value, iterate quickly and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Good practices in testing, secure development and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work with QA, PO and AI Strategy teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-changing AI/product environment.
