(Associate) Product Manager - Tax Enablement (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle for tax-related features: discovery, prioritization, design, delivery.
- Own client tax master data models and processes to enable downstream tax engines and reporting.
- Design intuitive client self-service experiences (tax overviews, submissions, document upload, confirmations).
- Build internal enablement tooling and workflows for compliance, review, and tax calculation readiness.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers and domain experts; write user stories, acceptance criteria and prototypes.
- Monitor data quality, regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and product metrics.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years in product or related roles, ideally in fintech, banking or compliance-adjacent teams.
- Interest or initial knowledge in German and international tax processes and regulations.
- Strong UX sensibility, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in agile teams and common tooling (Jira, Confluence, Figma); ability to structure data for systems.
- Clear communicator in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
