Responsibilities:
- Scale and operate large-scale, multi-region infrastructure to support global traffic and low-latency services.
- Advise product and engineering teams on architecture choices and implement robust infrastructure solutions.
- Automate provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD to reduce manual toil.
- Improve observability, monitoring and incident response; participate in on-call rotation and post-incident reviews.
- Drive process improvements, run experiments on operational workflows and share knowledge across teams.

Requirements:
- 5–7+ years operating high-availability, large-scale systems with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Linux/UNIX fundamentals and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Practical experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines, automation and configuration management.
- DevOps mindset: proactive, pragmatic, strong communication skills and ability to consult across teams in English.
- Nice-to-have: deep networking, storage, security or multi-cloud experience and familiarity with observability stacks.
