Software Engineer - Frontend (all genders) at Shiftmove

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end frontend features: design, implement, test, ship and monitor production releases (AI-assisted workflows, operational tooling, fleet management).
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape UX, validate assumptions and prioritise user value.
- Translate customer and business problems into scalable technical solutions and clear acceptance criteria.
- Propose and evaluate technical trade-offs; contribute to architecture and delivery decisions.
- Deliver reliably in a high-frequency release environment while reducing technical debt and improving observability.
- Share knowledge through code reviews, documentation, and team learning sessions.

Requirements:
- Strong computer-science fundamentals and professional experience building production frontend apps with Angular and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with NGXS, RxJS and component tooling such as Storybook.
- Pragmatic problem-solver who balances speed, scalability and complexity.
- Proven ownership: able to take features from idea to production with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset: comfortable working across the stack and supporting backend topics when needed; familiarity with Java/Spring Boot, AWS and AI tooling (TensorFlow, Python, SpringAI/Gemini) is a plus.
