Responsibilities:
- Ship end-to-end full-stack features for agentic developer tools, owning prompt design, tool integration and orchestration.
- Build evaluation frameworks and metrics for non-deterministic agent behavior to define success before release.
- Improve observability, cost-efficiency and reliability across production systems that power internal developer workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to measure and raise developer throughput and platform quality.
- Move quickly while introducing rigorous testing, monitoring and deployment practices for emergent AI systems.

Requirements:
- Several years of full-stack development experience with strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, function-calling/MCP-style integrations or agentic systems.
- Experience deploying and operating production systems at scale with attention to observability and cost.
- Ability to design evaluation and testing strategies for non-deterministic behavior.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort shipping early, iterating fast and defining new best practices.
