About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cloud-based SaaS HR products using Node.js, TypeScript and React.
- Implement CI/CD workflows and contribute to DevOps practices for automated delivery and monitoring.
- Work in cross-functional squads with design, product and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused features.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, pair programming and estimation sessions.
- Ensure code quality through testing, documentation and clean coding practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years practical experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency in modern React patterns, state management and component design.
- Experience with AWS and cloud deployment patterns.
- Comfortable with CI/CD, testing practices and Agile collaboration.
- Strong communication in English and ability to work on-site in/around Barcelona or relocate.
