Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end features: talk to users, design solutions, implement, and measure outcomes.
- Visit inspectors to gather requirements and redesign the mobile app for field workflows.
- Build systems to capture voice, photos, and video and support automated report completion.
- Implement data flows and context pipelines that feed AI models (standards, media, user intent).
- Contribute to the workflow builder and ensure reliable offline/online behavior.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of practical software engineering experience with product-facing work.
- Strong coding skills and experience with mobile or full-stack systems and APIs.
- Familiarity integrating AI or ML services and handling unstructured media and data.
- Comfortable working in-person (Farringdon office) and engaging with end users.
- Collaborative, hands-on, and outcome-focused with strong communication skills.
