Responsibilities:
- Act as customer-zero and advocate: validate and define enterprise architectures for machine, workload and AI identity, and secrets governance across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Build technical enablement assets: reference architectures, demos, whitepapers, deep-dive decks, workshops and hands-on labs for customers, partners and sellers.
- Support sales and technical solutions teams on high-impact deals, influence architecture decisions and accelerate complex opportunities.
- Engage directly with complex customer environments to drive adoption, troubleshoot integrations and provide best-practice guidance for machine/AI identity and secrets management.
- Feed continuous product insight back to engineering and product teams based on customer learnings and field deployments.
Requirements:
- Strong background in identity security, secrets governance and enterprise architecture for machine/workload/AI identities.
- Proven experience producing technical enablement content, demos and reference architectures; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security patterns, integrations and deployment of identity/security tooling in complex environments.
- Customer-facing experience: ability to influence technical decision-makers and support strategic deal progression.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management across product, sales and engineering teams.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience preferred.
