Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Review Tooling team that builds investigation, review, and enforcement systems for first-party and third-party platforms.
- Define vision and roadmap for the review tooling platform: analytics, privacy-preserving data access primitives, and a sandbox for rapid UI/workflow iteration.
- Drive automation strategy to scale review workflows, enabling Claude-assisted and Claude-driven review while keeping humans in the loop where needed.
- Partner with policy, operations, legal, privacy, and data science to translate enforcement requirements into reliable systems.
- Ensure tooling remains compatible with privacy commitments and evolving data retention constraints.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive engineering team; create clarity and direction in ambiguous contexts.
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives and align the team with broader technical strategy.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and developing engineers.
- Strong technical background in full-stack or platform engineering with the ability to engage in architecture and implementation discussions.
- Experience building or operating investigation, moderation, or enforcement tooling, analytics platforms, or privacy-aware systems.
- Familiarity with automation strategies for human-in-the-loop workflows and integrating LLM-assisted tooling safely.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with policy, legal, and operations stakeholders.
