Responsibilities:
- Translate product priorities into technically sequenced delivery plans and high-level solution designs.
- Define non-functional requirements (scalability, reliability, security, performance, observability) for initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA and analysts.
- Lead sprint planning, release planning, backlog refinement and quarterly delivery planning from a delivery perspective.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, resource planning, release readiness and risk mitigation.
- Monitor progress, identify blockers and drive timely resolution; prepare status reports and dashboards.
- Define, document and improve engineering processes, KPIs and delivery practices to increase predictability and quality.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineering managers, product managers and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in technical delivery or technical product roles with responsibility for cross-functional engineering outcomes.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms and software architecture.
- Experience defining non-functional requirements and preparing technical solution designs.
- Proven delivery management skills: sprint/release planning, dependency coordination and risk management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and improving engineering workflows and metrics.
- Good communication skills for stakeholder updates, executive reporting and cross-team alignment.
- Experience in fintech, trading platforms or high-throughput systems is a plus.
