Responsibilities:
- Lead backend-heavy full-stack initiatives: design, implement, and own backend services (Python/Django) and frontend components (React/TypeScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, data analysts) to deliver measurable product outcomes and run experiments (A/B tests).
- Architect scalable, reliable systems and integrations with third-party vendors; focus on observability, monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Mentor engineers, run architecture and code-quality reviews, and promote AI-augmented development practices.
- Drive data-driven decisions by instrumenting metrics and improving service reliability at scale.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise and system-design capability.
- Hands-on experience with Python/Django (or equivalent backend stack) and React/TypeScript on the frontend.
- Experience with distributed systems, API design, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and running experiments.
- Strong communication skills in English and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teammates.
- Comfortable working in a high-deployment-frequency, data-driven environment and adopting AI-augmented tooling.
