Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product delivery for investment features: roadmaps, scoping, execution, launch, and iteration.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and clear delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, compliance, legal, and external partners to ship products safely and at scale.
- Drive user research, data analysis, and market/competitive insights to inform prioritization and product decisions.
- Define go-to-market and post-launch plans; monitor KPIs and iterate based on results.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to unblock delivery and align on business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience, with proven success shipping complex digital products end-to-end.
- Prior experience in investments, fintech, or related financial products is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in regulated environments.
- User-centered mindset with solid UX intuition and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple customer experiences.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving outcomes with clear ownership.
