Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain AI/ML pipelines around LLMs, including model selection, configuration, and wrapper layers.
- Implement RAG-oriented data retrieval systems and optimize retrieval for accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and refine OCR solutions to extract, validate, and normalize entities from business documents.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to evaluate prompts, model variants, and pipeline changes; measure and report key metrics.
- Collaborate with backend and LLM engineers: review code, integrate models, and ensure production readiness (CI/CD, monitoring).

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building ML pipelines.
- Practical experience with evaluation metrics and A/B testing for ML-driven features.
- Strong Python skills and experience delivering production-grade software (CI/CD, monitoring, lifecycle ownership).
- Familiarity with RAG tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and with commercial and open-source LLM providers.
- Ability to prioritize hypotheses, justify model/method choices, and architect efficient solutions.
- Strong communication skills and B1+ English for cross-functional collaboration.
