Responsibilities:
- Develop and productionize LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Design retrieval architectures: embeddings, vector databases and tool integration for robust context handling.
- Build backend services and APIs (primarily Python) and integrate AI components with .NET/C# and MS Dynamics where needed.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, testing and continuous improvement of solution quality.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team and help grow the company’s AI competency area.

Requirements:
- Several years of software development experience with a strong Python focus and clean, maintainable coding practices.
- Practical experience with LLMs, agent frameworks and RAG; understanding of embeddings and vector DBs.
- Ability to design end-to-end data flows and integrate AI components with existing systems and services.
- Business‑fluent German (required) and good communication skills for tight team collaboration.
- Nice-to-have: C#/.NET and MS Dynamics experience, familiarity with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and openness to remote teamwork.
