Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the AI product roadmap, aligning features to user needs and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design and data science to build and launch AI-driven features.
- Conduct market research and user testing to prioritise AI opportunities and requirements.
- Define KPIs and run experiments to measure model accuracy, performance and user impact.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements:
- ~4+ years of product management experience, ideally working on AI/ML or data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, computer vision, recommender systems) and model trade-offs.
- Experience collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to productionise models.
- Analytical skills to use data for prioritisation, iteration and KPI-driven decision making.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-facing products and clear stakeholder communication.
- Willingness to work onsite and support relocation where applicable.
