Responsibilities:
- Own a focused AI workstream end-to-end: define vision, roadmap, success metrics and deliverables.
- Translate research, prototypes and eval results into usable product features (trust, observability, guardrails, latency/cost controls).
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, DevRel, Support and Community to ship reliable, testable AI experiences.
- Run user research, synthesize feedback, and iterate on UX for agentic systems and workflow orchestration.
- Monitor product metrics, run experiments, and prioritize technical debt and reliability work.
- Mentor/join cross-functional teams depending on level; support documentation, launch, and adoption.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience shipping AI products, agent workflows, or serious prototypes used by real users.
- Strong product judgment and UX sensibility for complex, technical users.
- Familiarity with model evals, observability, human-in-the-loop patterns, and guardrail design.
- Technical literacy (experience with data, SQL or equivalent, and working with engineering teams).
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and able to influence without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across engineering, design and community channels.
