Responsibilities:
- Work with domain teams (product, risk, etc.) to translate business needs into ETL requirements and data marts.
- Analyze raw and processed data sources to identify optimal integration points and design logical data models.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and datamarts to support reporting and analytics.
- Document data lineage, integration points, and business rules; contribute to the DWH knowledge base.
- Coordinate data flows between domain processes and core DWH components; ensure data quality and reliability.
- Promote best practices and a strong data culture among analysts and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (relevant DWH experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong SQL skills, understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts, and ETL principles.
- Good troubleshooting, attention to detail, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with DBT and Airflow is a strong advantage; knowledge of Data Vault and banking domain is a plus.
- B1+ English for effective communication with an international team.
