(Associate) Product Manager (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives within a dedicated domain (banking, taxation, client data, or wealth management).
- Partner with engineers, designers, and domain experts to scope, build, and ship features.
- Conduct user research, analyze metrics, and write clear user stories and specifications to maintain a healthy backlog.
- Align stakeholders across operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance to translate business needs into solutions.
- Track post-launch KPIs, iterate on features, and continuously improve customer outcomes.
- Participate in rapid prototyping and cross-functional ceremonies to deliver value quickly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and initial experience in product management, consulting, or fintech.
- Familiarity with agile tools and processes (Jira, Confluence) and basic design/prototyping tools (Figma).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to define and track impact metrics.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work within a fast-growing fintech environment.
- Location flexibility for Berlin or Munich and availability to join the specified intake cohort.
