Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services that support HR and Finance operations within a microservice architecture.
- Design and implement well-documented APIs and reliable integrations between systems.
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous patterns, including event-driven messaging where appropriate.
- Define service boundaries and contribute to long-term system design and evolution.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, data protection, and access control are embedded in designs and implementations.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and incident response practices.
- Work iteratively: deliver increments early, incorporate feedback, and improve solutions over time.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years (2–5) of backend development experience in production systems.
- Experience with API design and microservice-based architectures.
- Familiarity with asynchronous/event-driven patterns and message-based integration.
- Practical experience with modern backend stacks (Kotlin/Spring or similar), cloud deployment, and DevOps/CI-CD workflows.
- Good problem decomposition and technical communication skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of security and data protection requirements relevant to HR/Finance data.
